Cancellation
Cancel online from your account, at any time. No phone call is needed.

Your account stays open on the free tier. Your day log and counts carry on, and every earlier year stays available to you for as long as the account is open.
The free tier
Free has no time limit. The calculator, the day log and running counts for one person and two states stay free, and the free plan never expires.
Your data
TwoRidge never links a bank, brokerage or card, and never tracks your location in the background. Days come only from you: your check-ins, your imports, and what you enter or upload. Phone numbers are never sold, rented or shared for marketing. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Text alerts
Texts are account notifications only: a threshold alert on your own count, a notice that your Residency Record is ready, verification codes, billing or renewal notices, and replies from support. Never a promotion. You opt in separately, using the text alerts checkbox in the site footer, and it is never a condition of an account or a purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
